After my oil change I asked if the tire pressure had been checked. I was told yes, it had not. I was told it was a multi inspection but there was no list of what that meant. When I got left none of the tires had the same pressure, they ranged from 32 to 37 pounds.

Most anyone can change oil and filter.

Clay Stewart was an excellent salesman. I spoke to him on the phone and explained what I was wanting and he was great. The next morning he called and said he had a car for me to look at that he felt was what I wanted., He picked me up and I loved the Trax he picked out for me. Everything was approved and the deal wrapped up. I drove it home that day.

My drivers side tail light assembly was collecting water for unknown reasons. Contacted AJ in service and he ask to come to dealership so the service department could look at it. The following day after inspection was informed GM would take care of the issue at no charge. The best part I was in and out in 15 minutes. A few days later AJ called to tell me the part was in and to just stop at anytime and it would be a quick fix. I showed up a few hours later and within 20 minutes it was repaired and I was on my merry way. Now that's great customer service!

everyone very nice. I did however wish to speak to the service tech for a moment about the problem with my truck. Me, being a former GM service tech myself, Had questions about the repair. Questions the service writer would not know. Thanks and have a good day.

My first service appointment with Clay Maxey of Mountain Home was outstanding. I arrived about 5 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment and there were a few people ahead of me. The service reps quickly helped each person and when it was my turn, I was greeted warmly. The gentleman asked if I would be waiting for my vehicle and then directed me toward a couple of waiting areas. They serviced my vehicle in under an hour and had me on my way. All the employees that I interacted with were very pleasant.

Eric Mackey did not presure my wife and I at all. We were treated with respect. The two gentlemen who work in the finance office were very helpful and respectful to us as well. They made the purchase easy and fair. Jackson was helpful in making sure we understood the extended warranty. However it was difficult to hear him, he did try to presser us into buying, but I knew where my financial situation is and what we could afford. We respectfully declined. We are happy and at peace with our decision. Overall our experience at Clay Maxey was a positive one. While we appreciate Clinton and AJ, it would be great if they were a little more communicative with the customer. Even if nothing has been done yet, let the customer know. They may not have much to report, it is very important to the customer sitting at home wondering what is happening!! Except for Janie, AJ and Clinton are close seconds!! They do a great job!!

Never a problem or bad thing to say about Clay Maxey. Service has been good and my tech skills are not good but questions I had in the past have been answered by staff. Recent visit for oil change service and tire rotation also went well. If ever asked up to this point I would recommend Clay Maxey .,...... My only complaint is that a physical Owners Manual is not available

Took our vehicle in for transmission fluid exchange, service writer AJ Morris informed me of two other items that needed addressing. He was very helpful and asked pertinent questions to determine if I understood what he was describing to me. We have a 2000 mile trip coming up and he was very helpful.

Everything and everyone were great to work with. The only improvement needed was how long it took to get everything completed.

Called at 7:30 am to see about getting a belt replaced that was coming apart. The issue was i had a meeting in Louisiana early Tuesday so needed to be on road ASAP. Clint worked me in at 10 am and i was headed to Louisiana by 11 am. They did great job getting me in and out quickly.

Buying my new 2026 Chevy Trax Activ from Clay Maxey Chevrolet Dealership was the best decision! I did not get pressured by anyone, but was able to browse through the sales lot and compare prices/trim packages/gas mileage of various models then make my decision. When I was approached by a Salesperson it was Tim Ajona! Tim did an excellent job showing/comparing the 3 vehicles i wanted to know more about. Tim was able to answer all my questions and made me feel very comfortable with my decision. Tim also made the paperwork and buying process extremely easy to understand and complete! Im so glad I went to Clay Maxey to buy and that Tim Ajona was my assisting buying agent!! I couldn't have been in better hands, he was helpful, respectful and very pleasant! Friendly service

We went to several other dealerships before we stopped at Clay Maxey. The one thing that ruins our experience is pushy salespeople. Tim was not like that, he came out and visited with us first, took the time to know us and listened to what we were interested in. I wasn’t expecting to purchase anything from Clay Maxey that day but I did. The gentleman who took care of the financing was also very polite and friendly. Overall experience was great.
